The Project Management Department is the cornerstone of our property development, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from feasibility studies to contractor selection and construction oversight. The role of the Project Management Department is overseeing the technical aspects of property development, construction, and maintenance. Its key responsibilities include:

Representing the client in Projects of Constructions:

The Project Management department oversees the entire project lifecycle. It starts with the client's idea, followed by a feasibility study to assess technical, financial, and regulatory viability. The department then selects a consultant to prepare the design and construction documents. We manage the bidding process during the tender stage to choose the most qualified contractor. We prepare and review contracts with consultants and contractors, ensuring that all terms, conditions, and scopes of work are clearly defined and aligned with project goals. During construction, the Project Management department represents the client in all dealings with stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. We supervise the execution of work, approve materials and subcontractors as per specifications, and review progress payments to ensure accurate billing for completed work. We ensure quality and timelines are maintained. Upon project completion, the department conducts inspections, issues the completion certificate, and hands the project to the client. We also address any issues during the defects liability period before the final close-out of the project.

Design and Planning:

The department collaborates with consultants to develop drawings, ensuring that the designs meet regulatory standards, safety codes, and the client's vision for the project.

Construction Oversight:

Engineers supervise construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. we also coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders.

Project Management:

Engineers manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects, ensuring efficiency and addressing any technical challenges that arise during construction.

Facility Renovation and Maintenance:

The department is responsible for the properties’ renovation, ensuring the functionality of systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, execution maintenance works by specialized contractors and delivering all completed maintenance works to the facility department.
