Introduction

Project Management Department, the structure is divided into two main sections: Technical and Construction.

Technical Section:

Roles: The roles outlined in this section are crucial for the success of all pre-construction activities. They oversee design review, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance, working closely with architects and consultants to ensure the design meets client expectations and legal standards. They also manage the approval of materials and subcontractors, prepare detailed construction documents, and secure necessary permits. Their responsibility also includes preparing and reviewing contracts with consultants and contractors, ensuring that all terms, conditions, and scopes of work are clearly defined and aligned with project goals. They play a key role in managing cost estimation and assessing the technical and financial feasibility of the project.

Our team is committed to the success of the project, constantly monitoring and controlling project timelines, comparing progress with the baseline schedule to prevent delays. In the event of delays, we take necessary actions to recover lost time and bring the project back on track, ensuring the project's success is our top priority.

Construction Section:

Roles: The Construction Section is responsible for the on-site execution of the project. They manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure materials are used according to the approved specifications. This section also tracks progress, approves payment based on completed milestones, and ensures health and safety regulations are enforced on-site. A key aspect of their role is maintaining quality control through regular inspections, which reassures the audience about the project's quality and instills confidence in the team's capabilities. They also represent the client in dealing with contractors and other stakeholders, ensuring the project stays on schedule and meets required standards. Finally, They oversee final inspections and secure the completion certificate before handing the project to the client.

Together, these sections ensure the project is well-planned, executed efficiently, and delivered to meet all technical and construction requirements.
